Since it's opening in 1928, this government office
building has taken the brunt of Toronto weather, causing
the applied Gothic stone façades to gradually
deteriorate. The most recent phase pertained to the
parapet walls, which required stones to be replaced
or refinished.

The entire ground floor façade of this Philadelphia four-storey historic commercial
property was previously removed and modernized. Old World Stone worked closely with
the masonry team, who provided accurate templates for the window head and jamb profiles
from the upper storey.
