  PRINCETON UNIVERSITY CHAPEL
Princeton, NJ

Architect:
Ford Farewell Mills & Gatsch Architets, Princeton, NJ
Restoration Contractor:
Masonry Preservation Group, Merchantville, NJ

The ornate exterior of the Chapel had eroded due to excessive weathering. Old World Stone took upon the task of reproducing over 200 pinnacles and finials based on original samples and drawings. Replacement stones for the profiled band course were also supplied in Indiana buff limestone.

Installation of the stones was completed in the summer of 2001. In addition to the exterior restoration, the University complied with current accessibility standards by incorporating a barrier-free ramp. Indiana buff copings and random cut ashlar, along with flamed granite pavers and steps were supplied to match the existing staircases.
